I WON!

One of the things I love about blogging is how much you can learn from a total stranger. Although after reading so much of their writings they hardly seem like strangers. One of my favorite blogs to read is Sarah from In the Midst of It. I mentioned her back in my beginning days of blogging and over a year later I'm still reading her posts being inspired to be a better Momma pursuing it with excellence and passion.

She hosted a book review giveaway for Amy Grant's new book Mosaic and I won. I never win anything (doesn't everyone say this) and I could not think of a better gift for myself. I either check books out of the library or read one of my husband's vast collection. The problem is the library is limited in finding new books and my husband, well lets just say he is a little particular about how one reads his books. So nothing could be sweeter for me than having a new book of my own.

As for Amy Grant I could go on and on why I'm looking forward to this read but I'll save that for the review. Check back next week.
